BukurBook është vendi ku gjen dhe rezervon sallone bukurie. Vlerësimet dhe faqet e salloneve ndihmojnë vetëm kur janë të vërteta dhe të respektueshme. Këto rregulla vlejnë për këdo që shkruan një vlerësim ose regjistron një sallon. Duke krijuar një llogari ose duke dërguar një vlerësim, i pranon.
1. Shkruaj vetëm për përvojën tënde
Vlerëso vetëm një sallon ku ke qenë vetë. Mos shkruaj në emër të dikujt tjetër, mos kopjo vlerësime dhe mos shkruaj në emër të një salloni.
2. Respekto njerëzit
Pa fyerje, kërcënime, urrejtje, ngacmime apo përmbajtje seksuale. Kritika është e mirëpritur kur flet për shërbimin, jo kur sulmon një person.
3. Mos ndaj të dhëna personale
Mos shkruaj emra të plotë, numra telefoni, adresa, email apo të dhëna të tjera që e identifikojnë dikë — as të tuat, as të të tjerëve.
4. Pa reklama
Mos vendos reklama, lidhje, numra telefoni apo adresa email në një vlerësim. Një vlerësim që i përmban nuk del publik pa e parë ekipi i BukurBook.
5. Pa konflikt interesi
Mos vlerëso një sallon ku punon, që e drejton ose që e ke tëndin. Pronarët dhe stafi nuk mund ta vlerësojnë sallonin e tyre.
6. Sallonet duhet të jenë të vërteta
Regjistro vetëm një biznes të vërtetë që e drejton ti. Çdo sallon i ri i regjistruar në aplikacion e shqyrton ekipi i BukurBook para se të dalë publik.
7. Tolerancë zero
Nuk ka tolerancë për përmbajtje të papranueshme apo për përdorues abuzivë. Përmbajtja që shkel këto rregulla hiqet, dhe autori i saj mund të ndalohet të shkruajë vlerësime.
8. Raporto dhe blloko
Te çdo vlerësim, shtyp ⋯ për ta raportuar ose për të bllokuar autorin. Raportimi shkon vetëm te ekipi i BukurBook — jo te salloni dhe jo te autori — dhe e shqyrtojmë brenda 24 orësh. Kur bllokon dikë, nuk i sheh më vlerësimet e këtij personi; personi nuk njoftohet.

BukurBook is where you find and book beauty salons. Reviews and salon pages only help when they are true and respectful. These rules apply to everyone who writes a review or registers a salon. By creating an account or sending a review, you agree to them.
1. Write only about your own experience
Review only a salon you visited yourself. Do not write on behalf of someone else, do not copy reviews, and do not write on behalf of a salon.
2. Respect people
No insults, threats, hate, harassment or sexual content. Criticism is welcome when it is about the service, not when it attacks a person.
3. Do not share personal information
Do not post full names, phone numbers, addresses, emails or other details that identify someone — yours or anyone else’s.
4. No advertising
Do not put ads, links, phone numbers or email addresses in a review. A review that contains them does not go public until the BukurBook team has seen it.
5. No conflicts of interest
Do not review a salon you work at, run or own. Owners and staff cannot review their own salon.
6. Salons must be real
Register only a real business that you run. Every new salon registered in the app is checked by the BukurBook team before it goes public.
7. Zero tolerance
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and its author can be barred from writing reviews.
8. Report and block
On any review, tap ⋯ to report it or to block its author. A report goes only to the BukurBook team — not to the salon and not to the author — and we look at it within 24 hours. When you block someone, you no longer see that person’s reviews; they are not told.
